We investigate the possibility of crossing a phantom divide line in extension symmetric teleparallel gravity or $f(Q)$ gravity, where $Q$ is non-metricity. study cosmic evolution effective equation state parameter for dark energy considering exponential, logarithmic, and combined theories. Moreover, exponential model behaves like $\Lambda$CDM at high redshifts before deviating to $\omega_{eff}<-1$ $\omega_{eff}>-1$, respectively, depending on value parameter. It also approaches de-sitter phase asymptotically. However, line, i.e., $\omega= -1$, realized theory. Furthermore, statefinder diagnostics are studied order differentiate between several models. To ensure three model's stability, we employ stability analysis using linear perturbations. demonstrate how reassemble via numerical inversion approach based existing observational constraints cosmographic parameters potential bridging resulting model. explicitly demonstrates that future crossings dividing generic feature feasible
